Finally had a little bit of free time to post a video! I have been bogged down with a million and one school projects but have been anxious to get back to posting! This routine is the first dance fitness video I watched and is what inspired me to create my own, having loved dance and fitness my entire life! This routine will definitely set your legs on fire, but it is a really fun one at the same time! "There's no going back" after doing this routine!
