Comfy with Style
If you're one to go comfy for the holidays, but still want to look dressy, then an outfit like this is perfect for you! You can't get any comfier than a sweater! I chose a simple black sweater and tucked it in in the front. For my dressier piece, I threw on my houndstooth patterned skirt. Unless it's 65 degrees on Christmas day, like it is in Illinois currently, then throw on a pair of tights. I chose tights with polka dot detail. For shoes, I went with my black chunky heels. This outfit is comfy with a touch of style!
Leather & Plaid
Leather & Plaid
Dressy with Edge
This particular outfit is dressy, with a dash of edge! Perfect for the girl who still wants to look edgy with all of the sparkle and shine of Christmas! I love the simplicity of this baby doll plaid dress. It's perfect for the holiday season. Underneath, I paired it with a black turtleneck. To give it that edge, I threw on one of my favorite black leather jackets. I also added the same polka dot tights to tie it all together. And again, I chose my black chunky heels. So if you're planning on going edgy this year, go with a similar look!
Bibs with a Side of Scarf
Casual and Festive
If you're more of a casual dresser, choose an accessory that turns a casual and simple outfit into a festive and fun one! Jeans are typically a casual piece, so I went with a pair of bibs to take casual up a notch. I chose a simple red turtleneck underneath to bring out some color. For my accessory, I picked my tartan grid blanket scarf. This scarf is very festive for the Christmas season! For shoes, I chose a pair of booties that complemented the color of the scarf. Casual doesn't always mean boring, so take it to the next level with your own spin!
Top It Off with a Bow
Dressed to the Nines
If you take the holiday season as an opportunity to dress up, then an outfit like this is the one for you! If I have any type of excuse to dress up, I take it! I threw on a green cable knit sweater and paired it with my favorite black satin skirt. To add a little something extra, I threw on a gold bow belt. You can literally be a present! :) For shoes, I went with a simple pair of black heels. This outfit just screams Christmas, so if that's your plan, then an outfit like this is perfect for you!
