Mules Rule

Fall shoe trend ALERT! And my current go-to shoes...pointed mules! I must say, my new obsesh with pointed mules all started with a happy dance in the clearance shoe section at Target! I posted a blog featuring my clearance find woven tassel beauts here, and my love for pointed mules grew from there! So, as I was shopping mindlessly around Target, only there to pick up some Lucky Charms, I found myself in the shoe aisle..how'd that happen?! Oops! 😉 Well, I'm glad it did because I scored not 1, not 2, but 3 pairs of pointed mules all for less than $30 total (I also bought a pair of white boots for only $10, you will def be seeing a lot those babies)! I was stoked! I knew I would have to put together a blog to share these 3 lovelies and how I style them. If you don't regularly check the clearance sections at Target like I do, I suggest you get right to that, because you are missing out, girl! Maybe after you read this post, you'll somehow end up at Target. Isn't that how we always end up at Target? No real reason for going other than because you just neeeeeeed to buy something from there? Don't worry you're not alone!

This first pair of pointed mules were a must-have for $16.08! I just adore the mix of plaid and floral embroidered flowers! Just screams fall! For this outfit, I pulled from the colors in the plaid pattern. Being that it's not exactly fall weather yet here in Florida, I chose a sleeveless sweater and tucked the front part into a pair of pleated Bermuda shorts.

Plaid/Floral Embroidered Mules

This second look features metallic silver mules that are sure to brighten any look! And they were only $6.88! Yes, you read that right! To complement the shine from these mules, I styled a sequin jersey tank and literal workwear pants (Goodwill find) to create a more laid back vibe.

This final look features a pair of crisp white mules...I must keep them clean! Once again, only $6.88! Playing off the pop of white, I chose to style my new black and white striped duster with red roses. For bottoms, I chose my new fav pair of mom jeans from Goodwill!
